For the process of making this game is a bit different from our last prototype. Most of the focus on the previous prototype was having the functionality of the game be expressed through a paper prototype. Now that our team is doing a digital prototype most of the tasks have change per member. For me as project manager the task are still the same as to create order and understanding for the whole group. It will take some time for me to adjust but I will manage.

All task assigned to me:

The tasks that were assign to me was to create and code the HUD for the game. This includes the counter that track the lives for the player (this is to notify the player how much lives the players have) , a health bar (to notify the player how much hits do they have left until they die) , a nightlight counter (to notify the player how much lights they have) , and a victory and losing notification (notifying the player if they win or lose). The other task I was assigned was to set a respawn point in the level when ever the player dies and a spawn point for when the player transition into a different level when he reaches the exit. Finally, me editing our design document with the other group members.

All card that are completed:

The cards that were completed for me is finishing the code for the HUD. I coded the health bar, the life counter, the nightlight counter, and the end notification for the game, the win or lose screen. The other thing that I have completed is the respawn point when the player dies by the enemies or by bottomless pit.

The cards that are in progress:

The cards that are in progress for me is that of the spawn point when the level switches. For this task I have to code when the player get to the door he will go to the next level and spawn in a certain location.

Incomplete cards:

The only card that I have incomplete at this point is the other card that is assigned to me which is the editing the design document for the rules and procedures for the game. We have to edited together for the up-to-date vision of our game. There is a difference from the paper prototype to the digital prototype. The vision of the game before was a board game game play style and the digital prototype is a platformer. Before the movement was dice rolls and the

Issues and problem that were encountered:

The problems that were encountered during the process of the game development was that some code was deleted and moved. The other thing is that the health bar is a bit glitchy so I will research a bit more into it.
